Abstract

This study explores the forms of alternative culture adopted by Kilkis producers. Initially, a brief overview of the progress of agriculture in Greece, the stages of which passed and develop over time. Afterward, an analysis of the data of the agricultural sector in the prefecture of Kilkis, the alternative forms of cultivation and the causes that led to the global agricultural community in this direction.Then out investigations into the development of alternative forms of cultivation, the research methodology analyzes conducted in the prefecture of Kilkis and finally, given the conclusions from the survey.
