Production, packaging and marketing of sugar in Greece (Bachelor thesis)

Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι η παρουσίαση της παραγωγής, συσκευασίας και εμπορίας της ζάχαρης στην Ελλάδα.
Αρχικά, έχουμε αναφορά στη ελληνική βιομηχανία ζάχαρης, παρουσιάζεται η καλλιέργεια των τεύτλων και γίνεται εκτεταμένη ανάλυση της βιομηχανικής επεξεργασίας της ζάχαρης. Στη συνέχεια, περιγράφεται η τοποθέτηση του προϊόντος στην ελληνική αγορά, αλλά και στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και τέλος, παρατίθενται οι κυριότερες χώρες παραγωγής ζάχαρης.

| Abstract: | The purpose of this project is to present the production, packaging and marketing of sugar in Greece. Initially, we have reference to the Greek sugar industry, presents the cultivation of beet and done extensive analysis of industrial processing of sugar. Then describes the product positioning in the Greek market but also in the European Union and finally out the main sugar-producing countries. |
