The aim of this diploma thesis was to investigate the correlation of wellness methods with the effects of work-related exhaustion on humans. Exhaustion syndrome, caused by chronic fatigue and overwork, is characterized by a state of physical, emotional and spiritual exhaustion. When there are problems with colleagues at work, frictions or quarrels, controversy with superiors or subordinates, the loss of dynamics and energy that characterizes these situations can lead to exhaustion. Through the world literature, there is plenty of information to address the phenomenon, but here is analyzed at the correlation of workout with the wellness methods which provided by wellness centers. Wellness is multidimensional and is characterized by a sense of well-being, which is reflected in optimal functioning, quality of life related to health, lawful work and contribution to society. SPAs are the third most accessible resource to enhance or maintain wellness at world level. This survey was conducted at a hotel wellness center in Cyprus, with a sample number of 129 people. In order to demonstrate the main hypotheses that have been developed, primary and secondary data were collected, used in the stages of initial investigation, description and interpretation of their effects on the transfer of empirical knowledge and consequently on the behavior of visitors in relation to the job burnout and wellness methods. The questionnaire was structured to consist of three sections: The Wellness Center, Work Exhaustion and Demographics. The results were very satisfactory. A large part of the sample admitted felt a psychosomatic relief through the SPA, was interested in the lifestyle counseling it provided, and was encouraged by socialization through it. Therefore, the answer to the research question is given by affirming that wellness methods affect the job exhaustion.
