| heal.abstract | Η παρούσα έρευνα αποσκοπούσε στον έλεγχο των απόψεων των εκπαιδευτικών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης σχετικά με νέο πλαίσιο επιλογής διευθυντών (Ν. 4473/2017). Για τη συλλογή δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκε ερωτηματολόγιο από την έρευνα των Μπακάλμπαση, & Φωκά (2014), το οποίο συμπληρώθηκε από 135 συμμετέχοντες, εκπαιδευτικούς της Πρωτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Για την αποτύπωση των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας χρησιμοποιήθηκαν μέθοδοι της περιγραφικής και της επαγωγικής στατιστικής. Για την ανάλυση των δεδομένων χρησιμοποιήθηκαν αριθμητικοί μέθοδοι περιγραφικής στατιστικής, ενώ για την εξέταση των ερευνητικών υποθέσεων χρησιμοποιήθηκαν οι μη παραμετρικές διαδικασίες MannWhitney U-test και Kruskal-Wallis. Επίσης, εξετάστηκαν οι σχέσεις μεταξύ των μεταβλητών με την βοήθεια του μη παραμετρικού συντελεστή συσχέτισης του Spearman. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν μια γενική συμφωνία του δείγματος ότι ο υπάρχων τρόπος επιλογής των Διευθυντών των σχολικών μονάδων είναι αναξιόπιστος και επιβεβαίωσαν την ανάγκη για πιο αξιοκρατικές διαδικασίες στην επιλογή του διευθυντή που θα λαμβάνει υπόψη και το επιστημονικό του έργο και την προσωπικότητα του. Επιπρόσθετα, επιβεβαίωσαν την υπόθεση ότι η συνεχής επιμόρφωση και η κατάρτιση διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο για την αποτελεσματική άσκηση καθηκόντων των διευθυντών. Η συμβολή της παρούσας έρευνας στο πεδίο της εκπαίδευσης και της διοίκησης των εκπαιδευτικών μονάδων αφορά στη διαμόρφωση προτάσεων για την καλύτερη και αποτελεσματικότερη επιλογή των διευθυντών στη Πρωτοβάθμια Εκπαίδευση. | el |
| heal.abstract | This paper aims to check the teachers’ aspect regarding the new framework of selecting the headteachers of elementary education (N. 4473/2017). A questionnaire from the Bakalbasis and Fokas’ paper (2014) was used for the selection of the data, which was answered by 135 respondents, teachers of elementary education. To illustrate the results of the survey methods of descriptive and inductive statistics were used. To analyze the data, methods of descriptive statistics were used, whereas for the examination of exploratory proposition, the non parametric procedures Mann- Whitney U-test and Kruskal-Wallis were used. In addition, the correlation between the variables was examined with the use of the Spearman’s non parametric index of correlation. The results of the paper indicate an unanimous agreement of the sample, that the current way of headteachers’ selection is completely unreliable. Thus, meritocratic procedures to select the headteachers that they should take into account both their educational background and their personality are urgent. Moreover, the proposition that the constant training and education is of great importance to exert his/hers responsibilities was also confirmed. The contribution of this paper to both the educational field and the management of educational units concerns the configuration of proposals on order to achieve the best and most effective selection of headteachers in the elementary education. | en |
