The present work investigates the phenomenon of conflicts within the school
environment. The survey was conducted in the primary schools of the regional unit of
Kilkis and intended to explore the views of the directors on the causes, consequences
and role of the school leader in conflict management between parents and teachers.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα εργασία ερευνά το φαινόμενο των συγκρούσεων μέσα στο
σχολικό περιβάλλον. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε στα δημοτικά σχολεία της
Περιφερειακής Ενότητας του Κιλκίς και σκόπευε να διερευνήσει τις απόψεις των
διευθυντών και διευθυντριών σχετικά με τα αίτια, τις συνέπειες και το ρόλο του
