The present research study entitled "Conflicts of Health Professionals in the Health Centers of the
Prefecture of Thessaloniki under the responsibility of the 3rd REM (Macedonia) and their
management" aims at exploring the perceptions of health professionals (doctors, nurses, visitors, ,
midwives, psychologists, social workers) of the Primary Care Health Care Centers of the Prefecture
of Thessaloniki regarding the concept of conflict, its management techniques, its causes, its
consequences as well as the role of the health director / manager in addressing and managing
conflicts so that they have an effective outcome for the benefit of the persons involved but also of
the patients in general.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα ερευνητική εργασία έχει ως σκοπό τη διερεύνηση των αντιλήψεων των επαγγελματιών υγείας (γιατρών,
νοσηλευτών/τριών, επισκεπτών /τριών, μαιών, ψυχολόγων, κοινωνικών λειτουργών) των Φορέων
της Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας-Κέντρων Υγείας του νομού Θεσσαλονίκης αναφορικά με την
έννοια της σύγκρουσης, τις αιτίες πρόκλησής της, τις συνέπειες της, τις τεχνικές διαχείρισής της,
αλλά και με το ρόλο και το έργο του διευθυντή/υπευθύνου της μονάδας υγείας στην αντιμετώπιση
και διαχείριση των συγκρούσεων ώστε αυτές να έχουν αποτελεσματική έκβαση προς όφελος των
εμπλεκομένων προσώπων αλλά και των ασθενών γενικότερα.
