The purpose of this work is to look through the questionnaires of the opinions of
various primary school teachers about how important communication is emotional
intelligence for school leaders.The results of the research are more fully recorded within the work and respond fully
to whether a strong leadership with emotional intelligence can contribute to effective
communication within the school unit.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας είναι να φανούν μέσα από ερωτηματολόγια οι
γνώμες διάφορων εκπαιδευτικών που εντάσσονται στην πρωτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση
γύρω από το πόσο σημαντικός παράγοντας επικοινωνίας είναι η συναισθηματική
νοημοσύνη για τους σχολικούς ηγέτες.Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας καταγράφονται αναλυτικότερα μέσα στο
εσωτερικό της εργασίας και απαντούν πλήρως στο κατά πόσο μια ισχυρή ηγεσία με
συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη μπορεί να συμβάλει στην αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία
μέσα στη σχολική μονάδα.
