| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this thesis is to present the culture of leek and effects of boron metal and copper in the growth and development of the culture. Initially, there is a literature review of the history, origin and spread of leek and methods of cultivation. Then it shows the chemical analysis is carried out to prepare the soil and replanting of the greenhouse cultivation. Describes how irrigation, fertilization, application of boron and copper in plants, the method of combating pests and diseases, and harvesting. | heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση της καλλιέργειας του πράσου και η επίδραση των μετάλλων βορίου και χαλκού στην αύξηση και ανάπτυξη της καλλιέργειας του. Αρχικά, γίνεται μια βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση της ιστορίας, καταγωγής και διάδοσης του πράσου και του τρόπου καλλιέργειας του. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζεται η χημική ανάλυση του, πραγματοποιείται η προετοιμασία του εδάφους και η μεταφύτευση της καλλιέργειας του στο θερμοκήπιο. Περιγράφεται ο τρόπος άρδευσης, λίπανσης, εφαρμογής βορίου και χαλκού στα φυτά, ο τρόπος καταπολέμησης εχθρών και ασθενειών, και η συγκομιδή. Τέλος, παρατίθεται το πειραματικό μέρος της εργασίας και τα συμπεράσματα τα οποία προέκυψαν από αυτό. | el |
