This work deals with an innovative Information Management System of Laboratory Center and involves the process of inventory and deletion of materials and equipment of the Center's Laboratory facilities using a specially structured Information System. Laboratory Centers are autonomous scholar units run by educational staff, students of vocational high schools and a huge piece of equipment distributed in the specialized training laboratories owned by the Center [Υ.Α. 96004 Government Gazette 1318-2015 – ANNEX LEGISLATION]. The need to create an innovative structured Information System adapted to the requirements of a Laboratory Center (EK) results from the lack of any such system from the existing Laboratory Centers structure in the country resulting in the handwritten or even partially electronic inventory and deletion of materials and of equipment with different EK to EK modes
