The evaluation of the educational project is a major educational issue, which has been a
subject of particular scientific interest in the recent years. Both in Greek and international
bibliography there are many studies and a lot of research concerning the educational
evaluation and its connection with the improvement of the educational process quality.
In Greece, since 1982, there has been a lack of evaluation since “the institution of the
inspector” was abolished, although laws have been passed from time to time, which have
nevertheless remained inactive or only partially enforced. Therefore, the implementation of
an educational assessment system is still a subject of controversy among educational
collaborators ignoring the view that evaluation should be an integral part of the educational
process.
In the context of this issue, a research was carried out on Evaluation of Educational Project,
with Attitudes and Views of Secondary Education Teachers involved. In this research,
professors who, worked in schools of the Department of Secondary Education of Eastern
Thessaloniki, during the school year 2017-2018 collaborated.
The purpose of the research was to capture the views of teachers on the evaluation of the
educational project and, in particular, to record their views on the necessity or not of this
evaluation and its contribution to the improvement of the quality of the educational process
highlighting the teachers′ views on the purpose, method and evaluation criteria

| Abstract: | Η αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου αποτελεί μείζονος σημασίας εκπαιδευτικό ζήτημα.
Τα τελευταία χρόνια υπάρχει ιδιαίτερο επιστημονικό ενδιαφέρον για την αξιολόγηση του
εκπαιδευτικού έργου. Τόσο στην ελληνική όσο και στη διεθνή βιβλιογραφία υπάρχουν
πολλές μελέτες αλλά και έρευνες που αφορούν την εκπαιδευτική αξιολόγηση και τη σύνδεση
της με τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας.
Στην Ελλάδα από το 1982, οπότε και καταργήθηκε ο θεσμός του επιθεωρητή, μέχρι και
σήμερα επικρατεί απουσία αξιολόγησης, παρόλο που κατά διαστήματα έχουν ψηφιστεί νόμοι
οι οποίοι όμως έχουν παραμείνει ανενεργοί ή εφαρμόζονται μερικώς. Η εφαρμογή ενός
συστήματος εκπαιδευτικής αξιολόγησης αποτελεί ακόμα και στις μέρες μας αντικείμενο
διαμάχης μεταξύ των εμπλεκόμενων φορέων, χωρίς να λαμβάνεται υπόψη η άποψη, ότι η
αξιολόγηση θα πρέπει να αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας.
Στο πλαίσιο αυτής της προβληματικής πραγματοποιήθηκε έρευνα με θέμα «Αξιολόγηση
Εκπαιδευτικού Έργου, Στάσεις και Απόψεις Εκπαιδευτικών Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης».
Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν καθηγητές οι οποίοι κατά το σχολικό έτος 2017-2018 εργάζονταν
σε σχολεία της Διεύθυνσης Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης Ανατολικής Θεσσαλονίκης.
Η έρευνα έχει σκοπό να καταγράψει τις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για την αξιολόγηση του
εκπαιδευτικού έργου και πιο συγκεκριμένα να καταγράψει τις απόψεις των εκπαιδευτικών για
την αναγκαιότητα ή μη της αξιολόγησης και τη συμβολή της στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας της
εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας, καθώς και να αναδείξει τις θέσεις των εκπαιδευτικών για τον
