Η αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού έργου στη σχολική μονάδα: (Master thesis)

A key issue for each education system is educational assessment. The changes that
have taken place over the last few decades in the economic, social and technological
spheres have influenced the area of education as they urge the demand for improving
the quality of the education provided. National and international organizations include
issues related to the assessment of educational institutions and educational work in
their research and research programs. Moreover, the subject of educational assessment
is linked to a variety of educational change and reformations. In addition, the
evaluation system is particularly important because it defines important functions of
each school system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation systems
of two European countries : Germany, in particular the Free State of Bavaria, and
Greece, in evaluating the educational project. The objective of comparative study is to
highlight differences and convergence trends in rating countries systems. The
methodological tool of the research was the content analysis. Analysis categories were
defined the evaluation agencies and their roles, the procedures, the evaluation
instruments and indicators that are used, the frequency and the consequences of the
evaluation as regards evaluation of the educational work. The results of the research
will contribute to the formulation of proposals applicable to the Greek educational
system, aiming at upgrading the evaluation system of the educational project

| Abstract: | Καίριο ζήτημα του εκάστοτε εκπαιδευτικού συστήματος είναι η εκπαιδευτική
αξιολόγηση. Οι αλλαγές που έχουν συντελεστεί κατά τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες σε
οικονομικό, κοινωνικό και τεχνολογικό επίπεδο έχουν επηρεάσει τον χώρο της
εκπαίδευσης καθώς προβάλλουν επιτακτικά το αίτημα για βελτίωση της ποιότητας
της παρεχόμενης εκπαίδευσης. Εθνικοί και διεθνείς οργανισμοί συμπεριλαμβάνουν
στους προγραμματισμούς έρευνας και αναζητήσεων τους θέματα που συνδέονται με
την αξιολόγηση των εκπαιδευτικών θεσμών και του εκπαιδευτικού έργου. Επιπλέον
το θέμα της εκπαιδευτικής αξιολόγησης συνδέεται με ποικίλα προβλήματα
εκπαιδευτικών αλλαγών και μεταρρυθμίσεων Εκτός των άλλων, το σύστημα
αξιολόγησης είναι ιδιαιτέρως σημαντικό γιατί καθορίζει σημαντικές λειτουργίες του
κάθε σχολικού συστήματος. Σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης είναι η διερεύνηση των
συστημάτων αξιολόγησης δυο ευρωπαϊκών χωρών της Γερμανίας , συγκεκριμένα του
Ομόσπονδου Κρατιδίου της Βαυαρίας, και της Ελλάδας, ως προς την αξιολόγηση του
εκπαιδευτικού έργου. Ο στόχος της συγκριτικής μελέτης είναι να αναδειχθούν οι
διαφορές και οι τάσεις σύγκλισης των αξιολογικών συστημάτων των χωρών.
Μεθοδολογικό εργαλείο της έρευνας αποτέλεσε η ανάλυση περιεχομένου και ως
κατηγορίες ανάλυσης ορίστηκαν οι φορείς αξιολόγησης και οι ρόλοι τους, οι
διαδικασίες, τα μέσα και οι δείκτες αξιολόγησης που χρησιμοποιούνται, η συχνότητα
και οι συνέπειες της αξιολόγησης, σε ό,τι αφορά την αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού
έργου. Η διεξαγωγή των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας θα συμβάλλει στη διατύπωση
προτάσεων εφαρμόσιμων στο ελληνικό εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα, με σκοπό την
