| heal.abstract | Μετά από πολλές ώρες μελέτης και σκληρής δουλειάς ήρθε εις πέρας ο στόχος αυτής της πτυχιακής εργασίας που είναι η αναζήτηση των πληροφοριών ανάμεσα στον όγκο των επιστημονικών περιοδικών και πηγών που ήταν στην διάθεση μου με στόχο την πλήρη κατανόηση του κεντρικού θέματος. Επομένως, σε αυτή την εργασία μελετήθηκε το δέρμα ανατομικά, κατανοήθηκαν πλήρως τα στοιχεία που αποτελείται αλλά και τον ρόλο του στην προστασία του ανθρώπου από την ηλιακή ακτινοβολία. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύθηκε η ηλεκτρομαγνητική ακτινοβολία ,τα είδη της και τις βλαβερές επιπτώσεις που έχει στον οργανισμό. Πραγματεύτηκε το θέμα που αφορά τους σπίλους οι οποίοι τις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις είναι υπεύθυνοι για την δημιουργία μελανώματος. Μετά , μελετήθηκε ο μηχανισμός δημιουργίας του μελανώματος ,τα είδη, η παθογένεια και η θεραπεία του σε περίπτωση εμφάνισης του. Τέλος , αναζητώντας διάφορα ερευνητικά επιστημονικά άρθρα και εντοπίστηκαν τα νεώτερα στοιχεία πρόσφατων ερευνών σχετικά με την εξέλιξη της θεραπείας αλλά και σε στοιχεία ερευνών που μελετάει τον συσχετισμό των γονιδίων σε άτομα που πάσχουν από μελάνωμα και βρίσκονται σε οικογενειακό ιστορικό σε εμφάνιση μελανώματος στον ελλαδικό χώρο. Τελειώνοντας αυτή τη βιβλιογραφική εργασία βγήκε το συμπέρασμα πως κάθε μέρα βρίσκονται ολοένα και περισσότερα φάρμακα για την πιο αποτελεσματική θεραπεία της νόσου και την αύξηση του προσδόκιμου της ζωής ( ειδικά με την μέθοδο της ανοσοθεραπείας). | heal.abstract | After long hours of studying and hard work, the main goals of this thesis were achieved, which were the extensive research of various scientific papers and references that were at our disposal, in order to fully understand the main theme of this paper. Therefore, in this particular paper, the human skin was studied anatomically, as the components that comprise it were thoroughly understood along with the active role that they play when it comes to the protection of any individual from solar irradiation. Continuing, electromagnetic irradiation and the various kinds of malicious side-effects that it has for the organism were also analyzed. Nevi were also contemplated upon which in most cases are responsible for the creation of melanoma. The mechanism of melanoma creation, the different kinds of melanoma, its pathogeny and treatment in case of appearance were also studied. Finally, after recurring back to different scientific papers regarding the progress of treatment for melanoma and according to others research findings that study the association of genes with melanoma sufferers and have a family history of melanoma in Greece. With the completion of this bibliographic work, we came to the conclusion that every day there are more and more drugs available for more effective treatment of the disease and the increase of life expectancy (especially with the immunotherapy method). The fact is quite promising for the complete treatment of the disease.
