| heal.abstract | Ένα από τα πιο συχνά προβλήματα που έχει να αντιμετωπίσει ένας φυσιοθεραπευτής είναι ο πόνος στον αυχένα και τον ώμο (20-35% των περιπτώσεων σύμφωνα με τις έρευνες που μελετήθηκαν στις οποίες αναφέρεται ότι συνήθως είναι χρόνιος). Σε έναν μεγάλο βαθμό τα δύο αυτά προβλήματα συνυπάρχουν και αλληλεπικαλύπτονται. Στόχος της εργασίας ήταν η εύρεση αξιόπιστων μεθόδων αξιολόγησης ασθενών με πόνο στον ώμο και τον αυχένα για την έγκυρη και εύστοχη εντόπιση της κύριας πηγής του πόνου. Για την καλύτερη κατανόηση της αξιολόγησης γίνεται αναφορά στην ανατομία της περιοχής του ώμου και του αυχένα καθώς και οι συχνότερες και σημαντικότερες παθήσεις των περιοχών. | el |
| heal.abstract | One of the most common problems faced by a physiotherapist is pain in the neck and shoulder (20-35% of cases according to studies that are reported to be usually chronic). To a large extent these two problems coexist and overlap. The aim of the work was to find reliable methods of assessing patients with shoulder and abdominal pain for the correct and appropriate identification of the main source of pain. For better understanding of the assessment, reference is made to the anatomy of the shoulder and abdomen area as well as the most frequent and important diseases of the areas. | en |
