This thesis is about the cataloging and the classification of notarial acts between 1931 and 1939. For this to be made clearer to the user, there first has to be some clarification. Firstly, there is a historical flashback, so the reader can understand under what circumstances the contracts were signed. Afterwards, some terms are explained, which are regarded as important for the Science of Archives and this specific assignment. In addition, the issue of personal data and copyright is discussed. Finally, the contracts that I processed are presented. The main purpose of this assignment is to ensure that the archived material that has been processed remains accessible, and that the information contained in the salvaged contracts becomes available.

| Abstract: | Η εργασία ασχολείται με καταλογογράφηση και ταξινόμηση σε συμβολαιογραφικές πράξεις για τα έτη 1931-1939. Για να γίνει αυτό πιο άμεσο και ξεκάθαρο στον χρήστη έπρεπε πρώτα να δοθούν κάποιες διευκρινήσεις . Αρχικά γίνεται μια ιστορική αναδρομή για να καταλάβει ο αναγνώστης κάτω από ποιες συνθήκες υπογράφονταν τα συμβόλαια. Έπειτα αποσαφηνίζονται κάποιοι όροι που θεωρούνται κύριοι για την αρχειονομία και τη συγκεκριμένη εργασία. Στη συνέχεια υπάρχει το θέμα των προσωπικών και πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων. Τέλος παρατίθενται τα συμβόλαια που επεξεργάστηκα. Κυρίαρχος σκοπός της εργασίας είναι το αρχειακό υλικό, που τέθηκε υπό επεξεργασία, να καταστεί προσβάσιμο και να γίνουν διαθέσιμες οι πληροφορίες των συμβολαίων που έχουν διασωθεί.
