Archival collection Sort TEBE Central and Western Macedonia (Bachelor thesis)

Στην παρακάτω πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζεται το θεωρητικό και πρακτικό κομμάτι του αρχείου. Το θεωρητικό μέρος περιλαμβάνει, την ανάλυση των εννοιών του αρχείου, της αρχειονομίας και του αρχειονόμου και την εξέλιξη τους με την πάροδο του χρόνου. Παράλληλα, παρουσιάζονται οι αρχές, η φύση και οι αξίες των αρχείων, καθώς και άλλων συναφών εννοιών που συμπεριλαμβάνονται στην έννοια του αρχείου, όπως αρχειακό σύνολο και αρχειακός δεσμός. Στη συνέχεια, παρουσιάζονται οι αρχειακές εργασίες που πραγματοποιεί ο αρχειονόμος κατά τη διάρκεια της επεξεργασίας του υλικού, αναφέρεται ο συνδυασμός της τεχνολογίας, ψηφιοποίησης, με το αρχείο και πληροφορίες για τις κρατικές υπηρεσίες αρχείων στην Ελλάδα. Τέλος, το πρακτικό μέρος αποτελείται από την περιγραφή και επεξεργασία του αρχειακού υλικού του Τ.Ε.Β.Ε. Κεντρικής και Δυτικής Μακεδονίας από το αρχικό στάδιο έως το τελικό και την καταχώρηση στην ηλεκτρονική βάση ≪@ρχειμνήμων≫.

| Abstract: | The following thesis presents the theoretical and practical part of the file. The theoretical part includes the analysis of the file concepts, archival and archivists and their evolution over time. At the same time, it presents the principles, nature and the values of the records, and other related concepts included in the concept of the archive as a whole archival and archival bond. Then presents the archival work done by the archivist during the processing of the material, indicating the combination of technology, digitization, with the file information for state archives services in Greece. Finally, the practical part consists of the description and processing of archival material TEBE Central and Western Macedonia from the initial stage to the final and the entry in the electronic database "@rcheimnimon». |
