Modern approaches in tackling the issue of obbesity in the beauty salon (Bachelor thesis)

In the first chapter I made an introduction to the way of life, the
importance of exercise and the importance of nutrition.
In the next chapter, I referred to the adipose tissue. I wrote down its
definition, its categories and its basic functions. Also, it has been an approach
to his physiology and metabolism as well as his endocrine status.
In the third chapter, I developed the definition of cellulite. I have
conceptually defined the word, have developed its stages, its predisposing
factors and its location.
In the fourth chapter, I talked about obesity, I defined the concept, I
recorded its types, predisposition and pathogenesis and its causative factors.
In the last chapter I recorded the modern methods of fighting cellulite in
an institute, the massage as a means of beauty, relaxation and wellness,
lymphatic massage, thermotherapy, laser triact, thermocouple, heat pads,
parafinotlor, dino bottle, sauna, cryotherapy-cryolipolysis, mesotherapy,
electrotherapy, seaweed and the use of oils

| Abstract: | Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας έκανα μία εισαγωγή για τον τρόπο
ζωής του ανθρώπου, την σημασία της άσκησης και την σπουδαιότητα της
διατροφής.
Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο, αναφέρθηκα στον λιπώδη ιστό. Κατέγραψα τον
ορισμό του, τις κατηγορίες του και τις βασικές λειτουργίες του. Επίσης, έγινε
προσέγγιση της φυσιολογίας του και του μεταβολισμού του καθώς και της
ιδιότητάς του ως ενδοκρινή αδένα.
Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, ανέπτυξα τον ορισμό της κυτταρίτιδας.
Προσδιόρισα εννοιολογικά την λέξη, ανέπτυξα τα στάδιά της, τους
προδιαθεσικούς παράγοντες καθώς και τα σημεία εντοπισμού της.
Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, μίλησα για την παχυσαρκία, όρισα την έννοια,
κατέγραψα τους τύπους της, την προδιάθεση και την παθογένεια και τους
αιτιολογικούς παράγοντές της.
Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο κατέγραψα τις σύγχρονες μεθόδους
καταπολέμησης της κυτταρίτιδας σε ένα ινστιτούτο, την μάλαξη ως μέσο
καλλωπισμού, χαλάρωσης και ευεξίας, το λεμφικό μασάζ, τα μηχανήματα
θερμοθεραπείας, το laser triactive, την θερμοκουβέρτα, τα θερμά επιθέματα,
το παραφινόλουτρο, το δινόλουτρο, την σάουνα, την κρυοθεραπείακρυολιπόλυση, την μεσοθεραπεία, την ηλεκτροθεραπεία, τα φύκια και την
