In this paper we are concerned with mobile banking. A research with a sample of 60 people who use mobile banking has been conducted. We are going to analyze the use of e-banking as it has been up until now and we are going to explore the degree to which users are able to use mobile banking, the extent to which they are trained to use it, the level of their satisfaction with the application and the ways that they respond to possible problems of the system. Finally, we draw conclusions in relation to the issues mentioned above
