Εικονοκινητική προσομοίωση επιλεγμένων υδραυλικών κυκλωμάτων (Bachelor thesis)

This work is an attempt to animate in a simple and understandable
way, in a visual way, the operation of the main and basic valves
used in hydraulic systems. For this purpose Adobe’s software,
Adobe Flash Professional CC 2015 was used. The function of the
valves was designed in this program and then turned into a video.
Each video lasts about one minute. Pressures are denoted by
different colors and bubble motion is indicated the flow of fluids
into the valves.
These valves are the following:
1. Regulating pressure valve independent of inlet pressure.
2. Flow regulator independent of output load.
3. Check valve.
4. One way limiting valve.
5. Suction valve.
6. Three way valve.
7. Relief valve.
8. Simple regulating valve

| Abstract: | Η εργασία αυτή είναι μια προσπάθεια να αποτυπώσει με
απλό και κατανοητό τρόπο, μέσω εικονοκίνησης(animation)
δηλαδή με οπτικό τρόπο, την λειτουργία των κυριότερων και
βασικότερων βαλβίδων που χρησιμοποιούνται στα υδραυλικά
συστήματα. Για τον σκοπό αυτό έγινε χρήση του λογισμικού της
Adobe, το Adobe Flash Professional CC 2015. Η λειτουργία των
βαλβίδων σχεδιάστηκε στο πρόγραμμα αυτό και στην συνέχεια
μετατράπηκε σε ένα βίντεο. Το κάθε βίντεο είναι διάρκειας περίπου
ενός λεπτού της ώρας. Με την διάφορα χρώματα συμβολίζονται
πιέσεις, με κίνηση φυσαλίδων δηλώνεται η ροή των ρευστών μέσα
στις βαλβίδες.
Οι βαλβίδες αυτές είναι οι ακόλουθες:
1. Βαλβίδα ρύθμισης πίεσης ανεξάρτητης από την πίεση
εισόδου.
2. Βαλβίδα ρύθμισης ροής ανεξάρτητης από το φορτίο.
3. Βαλβίδα αντεπιστροφής.
4. Βαλβίδα περιορισμού μια κατεύθυνσης.
5. Βαλβίδα αναρροφήσεως.
6. Τρίοδη βαλβίδα.
7. Βαλβίδα ανακουφίσεως .
