Openwheel vehicle (Bachelor thesis)

Αντικείμενο, της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση των λεπτομερών σχεδίων μιας δίτροχης πλατφόρμας μεταφοράς αυτόματης εξισορρόπησης.
Αρχικά, παρουσιάζονται τα είδη κινητήρων, οι κινητήρες συνεχούς ρεύματος, η κατασκευαστική τους δομή, η λειτουργιά τους, τα κριτήρια επιλογής των συγκεκριμένων κινητήρων και ο τρόπος ανάβασης και οδήγησης. Στη συνέχεια, αναλύεται το φαινόμενο του αντίστροφου εκκρεμούς, καταγράφεται η κατασκευή του κυκλώματος οδήγησης, η επιλογή των ηλεκτρονικών εξαρτημάτων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, καθώς και η επεξήγηση της λειτουργίας των πιο σημαντικών. Περιγράφεται το πρόγραμμα οδήγησης και ελέγχου του οχήματος που δημιουργήθηκε και επεξηγείται η διαδικασία που ακολουθήθηκε για την επίτευξη της σωστής κινητικής λειτουργίας του οχήματος, μέσω του λογισμικού μέρους της κατασκευή, καθώς και η κοστολόγηση του έργου. Τέλος, παρατίθενται τα σχέδια κατασκευής του κυκλώματος και τα κάποια φύλλα δεδομένων από ορισμένα υλικά της πλακέτας.

| Abstract: | Purpose of this thesis is to present the detailed plans of a two-wheel automatic balancing transport platform. Originally presented types of engines, the DC motors, their structure, their function construction, the criteria for selecting those engines and the way uphill and driving. Then analyzed the effect of the inverse pendulum, the construction of the driving circuit is recorded, the selection of the electronic components used, and the explanation of the operation of the most important. Described driver control and vehicle created and explained the process followed to obtain the correct motor function of the vehicle, via the software part of the construction and costing of the project. Finally, given the circuit construction projects and some data sheets of certain materials of the board. |
