This present study aims to analyze the peripheral diabetic neuropathy in relation to postural control, equilibrium and gait disorders and to determine, according to contemporary literature, a program of prevention and physiotherapeutic treatment.IN A PART will be analyzed the concepts of diabetes mellitus, diabetic neuropathy, static control, balance and gait and a review of these problems with DPN will be carried out. In B PART, reference will be made to the prevention, evaluation and physiotherapy of DPN disorders.
