In the following dissertation, we highlight the issue of anti-aging and the possible medical and aesthetic ways that can be applied so as to prevent or eliminate the signs of aging! In both aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery there are a variety of invasive and non-invasive aging procedures that are modern and technologically up to date; these will be analyzed in a understandable way to cover possible prejudices that professionals of the field or the public may have. The purpose of this work is therefore to report and acquaint people with old and innovative anti-aging methods, by deepening to the understanding of their mechanisms, at a time when mass media and the demands of professionals want flawless faces
