Ο βαθμός της επαγγελματικής ικανοποίησης των εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης ως παράγοντας της επαγγελματικής τους ανάπτυξης:Η περίπτωση της περιφέρειας Ηπείρου (Master thesis)

The purpose of this paper is to study the degree of professional satisfaction of the secondary education teachers of the region of Epirus as a factor of their professional development. Initially, we analyze the concept of professional satisfaction and the factors that affect it, and then analyze the concept of professional development and the factors that lead to it. Also, the role and function of the teacher as well as the working conditions of the teachers are presented, as well as the general principles, structures and policies of the human resources administration. Next, the results of the survey of 150 teachers on their professional satisfaction and development are presented. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire, while the survey was conducted between September and October 2018. The results of the survey showed that professional satisfaction is a combination of factors, while some differences between men and women arise as to the extent to which professional satisfaction in their professional development. In particular, research has shown that the satisfaction of teachers from their work is positively related to the school's logistical infrastructure, the relationships they have with their parents, students and colleagues, the proper administration of the school, and the opportunities they have for business development. Also, men seem to have more chances of professional development than women, while the latter are more satisfied with their work than men.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη του βαθμού επαγγελματικής ικανοποίησης των εκπαιδευτικών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης της περιφέρειας Ηπείρου ως παράγοντα της επαγγελματικής τους ανάπτυξης. Αρχικά, αναλύονται η έννοια της επαγγελματικής ικανοποίησης και οι παράγοντες που επιδρούν σε αυτή, ενώ στην συνέχεια αναλύεται η έννοια της επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης και οι παράγοντες που την επηρεάζουν. Γίνεται εκτενής αναφορά στον ρόλο και το λειτούργημα του εκπαιδευτικού καθώς και στις συνθήκες εργασίας των εκπαιδευτικών, ενώ αναφέρονται και αναλύονται οι γενικές αρχές, οι δομές και οι πολιτικές της διοίκησης ανθρωπίνων πόρων. Έπειτα, παρουσιάζονται τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας που έλαβε χώρα σε 150 εκπαιδευτικούς σχετικά με την επαγγελματική τους ικανοποίηση και ανάπτυξη. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε με την χρήση ερωτηματολογίου και διεξήχθη κατά το χρονικό διάστημα ΣεπτέμβριοςΟκτώβριος 2018. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση είναι ένας συνδυασμός παραγόντων, ενώ προκύπτουν μερικές διαφορές μεταξύ αντρών και γυναικών ως προς τον βαθμό που επιδρά η επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση στην επαγγελματική τους ανάπτυξη. Ειδικότερα, μέσω της έρευνας φάνηκε ότι η ικανοποίηση των εκπαιδευτικών από την εργασία τους σχετίζεται θετικά με την υλικοτεχνική υποδομή του σχολείου, τις σχέσεις που έχουν με τους γονείς, μαθητές και συναδέλφους, την σωστή διοίκηση του σχολείου, καθώς και με τις δυνατότητες που έχουν για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη. Επίσης, οι άντρες φαίνεται ότι έχουν περισσότερες πιθανότητες επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης σε σχέση με τις γυναίκες, ενώ οι τελευταίες είναι περισσότερο ικανοποιημένες από την εργασία τους σε σχέση με τους άντρες.
