Ανίχνευση των αναγκών για συνεχή στοχευμένη εκπαίδευση των φυσικοθεραπευτών των πρωτοβάθμιων φορέων υγείας του δημόσιου τομέα με σκοπό την αύξηση της ικανοποίησης των ασθενών (Master thesis)

In the context of the development of this diplomatic thesis, the blending
of two pylons, of modern society, education and health, constituted an enormous
challenge. This particular research is an effort to be detected the educational needs of
the physiotherapists who work at the First degree Care of Health of public institutions.
The provided healthcare from the public structures and mainly the satisfaction of the
patients is very important issue for the sector of health. The patients’ satisfaction is a
considerable quality indicator of health services. The measurement of patients’
satisfaction is also an indispensable indicator for the correct organization of the
healthcare services and their effectiveness. It is also essential condition when the
prosperity and the good quality healthcare is what we ask for. This research is going
to give a stimulus aiming, at the awaking of physiotherapists colleagues and the
corresponding institutions, in order to carry out organized educational programs, so
that physiotherapists to be able to watch the developments of the science and
technology, with final aim the increase of patients’ satisfaction that entrusts the public
institutions. For the conduct of this research, was used structured questionnaire
and in the research took part 25 physiotherapists that they are the total
physiotherapists that works in the subsidiaries of First degree National Network of
Healthcare (P.E.D.Y) at Thessaloniki. The research showed not only the need of
conduct educational programs, but reveals also the decreased individual effort of
physiotherapists for continuous education

| Abstract: | Στα πλαίσια της εκπόνησης αυτής της διπλωματικής εργασίας, ο συγκερασμός των
δύο πυλώνων της σύγχρονης κοινωνίας, της παιδείας και της υγείας, αποτέλεσε
τεράστια πρόκληση. Με τη συγκεκριμένη έρευνα γίνεται μία προσπάθεια, να
ανιχνευθούν οι εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες των φυσικοθεραπευτών, των δημοσίων
φορέων παροχής Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας. Η παρεχόμενη φροντίδα υγείας
από τις δημόσιες δομές και κυρίως η ικανοποίηση των ασθενών, αποτελεί σημαντικό
θέμα στο τομέα της υγείας. Η ικανοποίηση των ασθενών, είναι σημαντικός δείκτης
της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών υγείας. Η μέτρηση της ικανοποίησης των ασθενών,
αποτελεί επίσης απαραίτητο δείκτη για την σωστή οργάνωση των υπηρεσιών υγείας
και την αποτελεσματικότητά τους και είναι απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση, όταν ζητούμενο
είναι η ευημερία και η καλής ποιότητας φροντίδα υγείας. Αυτή η έρευνα καλείται να
δώσει ένα ερέθισμα, με σκοπό την αφύπνιση των συναδέλφων φυσικοθεραπευτών και
των αρμόδιων φορέων, για τη διεξαγωγή οργανωμένων προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης,
ώστε οι φυσικοθεραπευτές να μπορούν να παρακολουθούν οργανωμένα τις εξελίξεις,
τόσο της επιστήμης όσο και της τεχνολογίας, με απώτερο σκοπό την αύξηση της
ικανοποίησης των ασθενών που εμπιστεύονται τους δημόσιους φορείς. Για τη
διεξαγωγή της έρευνας, χρησιμοποιήθηκε δομημένο ερωτηματολόγιο και στην έρευνα
πήραν μέρος 26 φυσικοθεραπευτές που αποτελούν το σύνολο των φυσικοθεραπευτών
που εργάζονται στα υποκαταστήματα του Πρωτοβάθμιου Εθνικού Δικτύου Υγείας
(Π.Ε.Δ.Υ.) του νομού Θεσσαλονίκης. Η έρευνα κατέδειξε όχι μόνο την ανάγκη
διεξαγωγής εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων, αλλά αποκάλυψε και τη μειωμένη
