Διερεύνηση της ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας σε εκπαιδευτικούς της πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης (Master thesis)

Having the knowledge that the educators’ psychological resilience promptly affects their stay
in the profession, the present study aims to investigate the percentages of psychological
resilience present in active educational population. Realizing a survey that was conducted
through questionnaires among 149 active educators (27 men and 122 women) was given the
opportunity to enlighten the psychological resilience they feel they have in combination with
the satisfaction they obtain from life. The measurement of the above variables took place
through the digitalized distribution of two questionnaires, the “Scale Satisfaction from life”
and the “Scale Resilience Connor- Davidson”. From the survey results it became transparent
that the educators of Primary Education in Greece emerge high percentages of psychological
resilience and high percentages of satisfaction from life. Through the survey it became clear
that there is no statistical important correlation between demographic data of the sample and
psychological resilience. It became also clear that there is a correlation between psychological
resilience and the satisfaction from life, in which higher percentages of satisfaction from life
results in higher percentages of psychological resilience. Finally, from the survey results
emerged higher percentage of satisfaction from work among permanent educators in
correlation with deputy educators

| Abstract: | Γνωρίζοντας πως η ψυχική ανθεκτικότητα των εκπαιδευτικών μπορεί να επηρεάσει άμεσα
την παραμονή τους στο επάγγελμα, η παρούσα έρευνα έχει στόχο να διερευνήσει τα ποσοστά
ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας που συναντώνται στον ενεργό εκπαιδευτικό πληθυσμό.
Πραγματοποιώντας έρευνα, η οποία διεξήχθη μέσω ερωτηματολογίων σε 149 εν ενεργεία
εκπαιδευτικούς (27 άνδρες και 122 γυναίκες) δόθηκε η δυνατότητα για εξακρίβωση της
ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας που νιώθουν πως έχουν σε συνδυασμό με την ικανοποίηση που
λαμβάνουν από τη ζωή. Η μέτρηση των παραπάνω μεταβλητών έγινε μέσω ηλεκτρονικής
χορήγησης δύο ερωτηματολογίων, της «Κλίμακας ικανοποίησης από τη ζωή» και της
"Κλίμακας Ανθεκτικότητας Connor- Davidson". Από τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας
διαφαίνεται πως οι εκπαιδευτικοί της Πρωτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης στην Ελλάδα
παρουσιάζουν υψηλά ποσοστά ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας και υψηλά ποσοστά ικανοποίησης
από τη ζωή. Μέσα από την έρευνα διαπιστώθηκε πως δεν υπάρχει στατιστικά σημαντική
σχέση μεταξύ των δημογραφικών χαρακτηριστικών του δείγματος και της ψυχικής
ανθεκτικότητας. Διαπιστώθηκε η σύνδεση της ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας με την ικανοποίηση
από τη ζωή, όπου υψηλότερα ποσοστά ικανοποίησης από τη ζωή οδηγούν σε υψηλότερα
ποσοστά ψυχικής ανθεκτικότητας. Τέλος, από στα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας διαφάνηκε
υψηλότερο επίπεδο ικανοποίησης από την εργασία στους μόνιμους εκπαιδευτικούς σε σχέση
