Κριτική προσέγγιση στα προσόντα και στο σύστημα επιλογής των διευθυντών σχολικών μονάδων από τους εκπαιδευτικούς δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης της Πιερίας (Master thesis)

The work of a headmaster in a school unit is characterized by State as a demanding work, with multiple duties. It requires people with leading abilities, experience and equipped with special skills and knowledge in order to manage its demands. The State tries the last 40 years to indicate with the most objective way the selection of executives, but without finding a stable frame to convince for her sincere intentions.
This Project investigates the opinions of professors in Pieria, about characteristics and qualifications that needs a headmaster, which ways of selection they consider right and more objective and finally they proceed in a critical approach of the laws that enacted by State from 2010 until 2017 and were used in last three selections of headmasters, and also in new law 4547/2018.

| Abstract: | Το έργο του διευθυντή της σχολικής μονάδας χαρακτηρίζεται ιδιαίτερα απαιτητικό και επιφορτισμένο με πολλαπλά καθήκοντα από την Πολιτεία. Χρειάζεται, λοιπόν, ανθρώπους με ηγετικές ικανότητες, εμπειρία και εξοπλισμένους με ιδιαίτερες δεξιότητες και γνώσεις για να ανταπεξέλθουν στις απαιτήσεις του. Η Πολιτεία τα τελευταία σαράντα χρόνια προσπαθεί με νόμους και υπουργικές αποφάσεις να αναδείξει τον αντικειμενικότερο τρόπο επιλογής των διευθυντικών στελεχών, χωρίς όμως να βρει ένα σταθερό πλαίσιο που να πείθει για τις ειλικρινείς προθέσεις της. Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία, ερευνά τις απόψεις των καθηγητών της Πιερίας, για τα χαρακτηριστικά και τα προσόντα που θέλουν να έχει ο διευθυντής της σχολικής μονάδας, ποιους τρόπους επιλογής θεωρούν πιο αξιοκρατικούς και αντικειμενικούς και προβαίνουν σε μια κριτική προσέγγιση των νόμων που θεσπίστηκαν από την Πολιτεία από το 2010 μέχρι το 2017 που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στις τελευταίες τρεις επιλογές διευθυντών, καθώς και το νέο νόμο 4547/2018.
