In the following work we will discuss consumer preferences Lagkada area in
cultivation of herbs. In the first part of the thesis analyzed the herbs are
grown in our municipality in recent years. In the second part there is the
questionnaire filled by consumers Lagkada area as the analysis of these answers. The purpose of this thesis is to study consumer preferences Lagkada
region regarding herbs that exist in our region

| Abstract: | Στην παρακάτω εργασία θα συζητήσουμε για τις προτιμήσεις των καταναλωτών της περιοχής Λαγκαδά στην καλλιέργεια των βοτάνων. Στο πρώτο μέρος
της εργασίας έχουν αναλυθεί τα βότανα τα οποία καλλιεργήθηκαν στον δήμο
μας τα τελευταία χρόνια. Στο δεύτερο μέρος υπάρχει το ερωτηματολόγιο που
συμπληρώθηκε από καταναλωτές της περιοχής Λαγκαδά όπως και η ανάλυση
των απαντήσεων αυτών. Ο σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής είναι να μελετηθούν οι προτιμήσεις των καταναλωτών της περιοχής Λαγκαδά όσον αφορά τα
