Canine Parvoenteritis is a very serious disease that primarily infects young dogs and causes severe gastrointestinal disease and occasionally heart disease. Mortality of this virus can even reach to about 90% for puppies. This thesis seeks to study this illness, its causes, the way it is transmitted, while thoroughly examines the symptoms it causes to the dogs and the possible ways of healing. Additionally, there are presented ways of preventing and avoiding the virus, as well as the possible complications it can cause to the animal. In addition to the theoretical approach of the disease, ten clinical cases of dogs treated with Parvoenteritis are examined. In these cases, the severity of the disease, the medical history of the dog, the treatment followed, as well as the time required to complete it, are being studied. In terms of methodology, the first part is a bibliographic search in international databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Pubmed and a wide range of scientific journals and empirical studies. In addition, material from the Department Library is used. In the second part, 10 cases are recorded and all information related to them, are presented
