The current project is about management and law in hotels.
The choice of this project is because hotels have a specific management way and lows to become bigger and to earn money and it is very important to know.
The project consists of four chapters. The first chapter is about the hotel industry in general and history of hotels in Greece.
In the second chapter you will read about the hotel business . In the third chapter we will talk about the organization and administration of the hotel and also about the managemetn in hotels.
In the last chapter there is analysis of law in hotels which is the main point of this project.

| Abstract: | Η πτυχιακή εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα ασχοληθούμε με την ξενοδοχειακή βιομηχανία γενικά, αλλά και την ιστορία του ξενοδοχείου στην Ελλάδα.
Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, για τις ξενοδοχειακές επιχειρήσεις τους τύπους καταλυμάτων τη διάκριση και την κατάταξη των ξενοδοχείων.
Στο τριτο κεφάλαιο δίνεται βάρος στην οργάνωση διοίκηση αλλά και στην εφαρμογή Management στα ξενοδοχεία.
Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ανάλυση της νομοθεσίας στα ξενοδοχεία που είναι το κυριότερο σημείο της εργασίας. The current project is about management and law in hotels.
