Εφαρμογή πληροφοριακού συστήματος 'χορήγησης αδειών' στην διοίκηση της εκπαίδευσης (Bachelor thesis)

In the framework of the preparation of this thesis it is initially attempted a general reference to information system, the meaning, the definition and the reason it was created for. Then it is examined deeper in relation to education and in relation to the information system that the ministry of education, Myschool, which was first used for all school units at 2014, but also for the ministry. Besides the fact that this system is used on all schools, it is still not complete and there are some weaknesses. One of them is that it doesn’t cover the need of principals of schools to use it for giving leave of absence to the teachers of the school and the administration of the school. That is the reason why the information system “Permission Granting” was created. In this document, «Permission Granting» is presented in detail , as well as how it was planned, how it was created, how it was installed and the way it works.

| Abstract: | Στα πλαίσια της διπλωματικής αυτής εργασίας επιχειρείται κατά αρχήν μια γενική αναφορά στα Πληροφοριακά Συστήματα, την έννοια, τον ορισμό και τον σκοπό που για τον οποίο και δημιουργήθηκαν. Στην συνέχεια γίνεται μια πιο εκτενής αναφορά για τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα στην εκπαίδευση και μια πιο ειδική αναφορά στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα του Υπουργείου Παιδείας Έρευνας και Θρησκευμάτων, Myschool, το οποίο τέθηκε σε λειτουργία το 2014 για όλες τις σχολικές μονάδες της Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης αλλά και τις διοικητικές δομές του Υπουργείου. Παρά το γεγονός ότι το σύστημα χρησιμοποιείται σε όλα τα σχολεία, ωστόσο δεν έχει ολοκληρωθεί και παρουσιάζει αδυναμίες. Μια από αυτές είναι ότι δεν καλύπτει την ανάγκη των Διευθυντών των σχολείων να το χρησιμοποιούν για να χορηγούν άδειες σε εκπαιδευτικό και διοικητικό προσωπικό του σχολείου στο οποίο προΐστανται , μια αρμοδιότητα που τους δόθηκε με την υπουργική απόφαση Φ.353.1/324/105657/Δ1/2002 (1340 Β΄) όπως έχει τροποποιηθεί και ισχύει. Αυτό το γεγονός αποτέλεσε το εφαλτήριο για την δημιουργία του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος «ΧΟΡΗΓΗΣΗ ΑΔΕΙΩΝ» Στο κύριο μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται αναλυτικά το Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα «ΧΟΡΗΓΗΣΗ ΑΔΕΙΩΝ», ο τρόπος σχεδιασμού του, δημιουργίας του, η εγκατάσταση του, όπως και η λεπτομερής λειτουργία του.
