Χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση των εταιρειών ΜΥΛΟΙ ΛΟΥΛΗ & ΜΥΛΟΙ ΚΕΠΕΝΟΥ (Bachelor thesis)

This particular work concerns the analysis of the financial statements
of 2 companies, MYLOI LOYLI S.A. and MYLOI KEPENOY S.A. for the years from
2009 to 2012. Then we shall try to make a comparison between the companies and
the whole sector, in order to draw some conclusions regarding the financial performa-
nce of each company separately , therefore some of the strategy they use.
As far as the structure of this work is concerned, in the first place we follow a
a more theoretical part of the financial analysis in general like the stages we use, the
advantages and the disadvantages and the use of it . In addition a reference will
be made to the numerals since they are one of the most important tools to help us
with this analysis. What is their use?, which are the categories?, and their meaning in
general.
We will also mention some things about the field of flour and wheat in the pre
-sent time in Greece, the financial crisis and the companies that they cannot cope
and are forced to put padlock.
Of course from this thesis the profit and loss account and the profit distribution table is something that could not be missed.

| Abstract: | Η συγκεκριμένη εργασία αφορά την ανάλυση των Χρηματοοικονομικών
καταστάσεων των εταιρειών ΜΥΛΟΙ ΛΟΥΛΗ Α.Ε. και ΜΥΛΟΙ ΚΕΠΕΝΟΥ Α.Ε. για τα
έτη 2009-2012. Στην συνέχεια θα προσπαθήσουμε να συγκρίνουμε τις δυο εταιρείες
όσο αναφορά τα οικονομικά τους μεγέθη. Στο τέλος της εργασίας θα βγάλουμε
κάποια συμπεράσματα σχετικά με την οικονομική πορεία κάθε εταιρείας ξεχωριστά
και την στρατηγική που έχει περίπου η κάθε μια τους.
Όσο αναφορά πιο αναλυτικά την δομή της εργασίας , στο πρώτο μέρος θα
ακολουθήσει ένα πιο θεωρητικό κομμάτι της ανάλυσης Χρηματοοικονομικών κατά-
στάσεων με τα διάφορα στάδια την εφαρμογή της τα είδη της καθώς και τα
πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματά της.
Στην συνέχεια εννοείται πως θα γίνει μια αναφορά στους αριθμοδείκτες μιας
και είναι από τα σημαντικότερα εργαλεία που θα μας βοηθήσουν στην συγκεκριμένη
ανάλυση. Ποια είναι η χρησιμότητα τους ,ποιες κατηγορίες έχουμε και η γενικότερη
έννοια τους.
Επίσης θα αναφερθούμε λίγο και γενικά στον κλάδο των αλεύρων και των
σιτηρών στην σημερινή εποχή στην Ελλάδα της κρίσης και των όλο και περισσότερο
επιχειρήσεων που δεν μπορούν να ανταπεξέλθουν και αναγκάζονται να βάλουν
λουκέτο.
Φυσικά από αυτήν την εργασία δεν θα μπορούσε να λείψει ο ισολογισμός
τα αποτελέσματα χρήσης καθώς και ο πίνακας διάθεσης κερδών σε ότι αφορά
την χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση και την χρησιμότητα της.
