Προσέλκυση, επιλογή και αξιολόγηση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού στις επιχειρήσεις: Η εμπειρία των ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of the project is the study of the meaning and the implement of the human resources management in the greek contemporary businesses . More specifically, how the attraction, the selection and the evaluation operate in this kind of field. There appears a wide analysis of the basic meanings of the human resources management and a wider historical recursion. Moreover, there appears a detailed description of the main operational manners, suck as the organization the attraction, the selections, the training procedure and the evaluation. The conducted survey depicts the way and the manner of how the greek service businesses use the human resource in the region of Thessaloniki. In addition, according to the results, it seems to proceed a comparison between the domestic and the foreign businesses. This fact creates a common prototype with the purpose of developing both the economic fab/unit and the economy as part of its wider context.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της έννοιας και της εφαρμογής της διοίκησης ανθρωπίνων πόρων στις ελληνικές σύγχρονες επιχειρήσεις. Συγκεκριμένα τις λειτουργίες της προσέλκυσης, της επιλογής και της αξιολόγησης. Γίνεται ανάλυση βασικών όρων της διοίκησης ανθρωπίνων πόρων, ιστορική αναδρομή καθώς και λεπτομερής περιγραφή των βασικών λειτουργιών όπως η οργάνωση, η προσέλκυση, η επιλογή, η εκπαίδευση και η αξιολόγηση. Η έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε απεικονίζει τις αντιλήψεις και τον τρόπο που χρησιμοποιούν το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό οι ελληνικές επιχειρήσεις παροχής υπηρεσιών στον νομό Θεσσαλονίκης, ενώ με βάση τα αποτελέσματα, γίνεται σύγκριση με επιχειρήσεις του εξωτερικού δημιουργώντας ένα κοινό πρότυπο για την βελτίωση των οικονομικών μονάδων και γενικότερα της οικονομίας.
