Εφαρμογή ευέλικτης μεθοδολογίας ανάπτυξης λογισμικού μέσω κατανεμημένης ομαδικής εργασίας (Bachelor thesis)

The present paper will present a bibliographic study of the agile methodology feature and applications, such as XP, Scrum, etc. In addition to that, an analysis will be presented of Distributed teamwork. Emphasis will be given to the implementation of agile methodologies in distributed teams and the challenges they encounter, while solutions will be presented for these problems. Furthemore, a questionnaire will be created which will be sent to selected companies (or professionals involved with agile methodologies and / or distributed teams, mainly foreign, which will be identified through a literature study and research on the internet. At the end, the questionnaire responses will be presented and analyzed.

| Abstract: | Θα παρουσιαστεί μια βιβλιογραφική μελέτη των χαρακτηριστικών της ευέλικτης μεθοδολογίας και των εφαρμογών της, όπως XP, Scrum κλπ. Θα αναλυθούν στη συνέχεια οι κατανεμημένες ομάδες εργασιών. Έμφαση θα δωθεί στην εφαρμογή ευέλικτων μεθοδολογιών στις ομάδες κατανεμημένης εργασίας και των προκλήσεων που συναντάνε, ενώ θα παρουσιαστούν και λύσεις γι’αυτές τις δυσκολίες. Επιπλέον θα δημιουργηθεί ένα ερωτηματολόγιο το οποίο θα σταλεί σε επιλεγμένες εταιρίες(ή και άτομα επαγγελματίες που ασχολούνται με ευέλικτες μεθοδολογίες ή / και κατανεμημένες ομάδες εργασίας, κυρίως εξωτερικού, που θα εντοπιστούν μέσω της βιβλιογραφικής μελέτης και ψαξίματος στο διαδίκτυο, ενώ στο τέλος θα παρουσιαστούν και θα αναλυθούν οι απαντήσεις του ερωτηματολογίου.
