Φυσιολογική λειτουργία του πεπτικού συστήματος των ιχθύων. (Bachelor thesis)

The normal function of the digestive system of the fish is the subject of the thesis. In the first chapter we will refer to nutritional types of fish describing each food type with the peculiarities of the digestive system. In the second chapter we will refer to the digestive system, particularly following detailed description of the recruitment instruments and swallowed the food as well as organs and glands that make substances that help digestion. In the third chapter we present the digestion processes (physical and chemical), followed by a description of the digestion time - emptying of the digestive tract and the pattern of nutrient absorption. Finally in the fourth chapter refer to metabolism in all three stages and in the energy metabolism.

| Abstract: | Η φυσιολογική λειτουργία του πεπτικού συστήματος των ιχθύων είναι το αντικείμενο της πτυχιακής εργασίας. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα αναφερθούμε στους διατροφικούς τύπους των ιχθύων περιγράφοντας κάθε διατροφικό τύπο με τις ιδιαιτερότητες του πεπτικού συστήματος τους. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα αναφερθούμε στο πεπτικό σύστημα και πιο συγκεκριμένα ακολουθεί αναλυτική περιγραφή των οργάνων προσλήψεως και καταπόσεως της τροφής καθώς επίσης όργανα και αδένες που συνθέτουν ουσίες που συμβάλλουν στην πέψη. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζουμε της διεργασίες της πέψεως ( φυσικές και χημικές ) , στη συνέχεια ακολουθεί περιγραφή του χρόνου πέψεως – κενώσεως του πεπτικού σωλήνα και του τρόπου απορρόφησης των θρεπτικών συστατικών. Τέλος στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναφερόμαστε στο μεταβολισμό και στα τρία στάδια του καθώς και στον ενεργειακό μεταβολισμό.
