The thesis has as main objective the study of the modern banking system, in particular research in the field of financial risk and the risk that each bank has to deal during their lifetime. The technical part of the project is to create a web application that simulates the process of stress tests that all banks use in order to take preventive measures taking advantage of this technology. The extreme scenario technology is a relatively new method that tends to become an integral part of any organization that has variable income. Specifically, the banks are the ones that have a great need to exploit systems that simulate the adverse scenarios are finished scenarios where the bank will consider. So the dissertation goal is to develop a tool which is able to simulate the methodology of the stress tests as well as evaluate the bank's rating. The creation of a web application based on a new web development technologies. On platforms which are important tools for the right software development. The tools and methodologies used are thoroughly explained. The display and the uptake of financial concepts and methodologies is the most important part of this work. The study is based on a study of banking systems and basic economic concepts as in specialized empirical research that the computer science cooperation with economics produce the best possible result of a computational finance project.
