| heal.abstract | Στη σύγχρονη εποχή της ραγδαίας τεχνολογικής ανάπτυξης, ο τομέας της υγείας έχει ανάγκη περισσότερο από ποτέ, την αξιοποίηση των τεχνολογικών ευρημάτων. Αν και υπάρχει συνεχής εξέλιξη της πληροφορικής προς όφελος των επαγγελματιών υγείας, επιτακτική κρίνεται η ανάγκη για επικέντρωσή της στη νοσηλευτική. Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας, γίνεται η προσπάθεια δημιουργίας μιας Ηλεκτρονικής Νοσηλευτικής Καρτέλας Ασθενούς, με σκοπό την εξέλιξη του επαγγέλματος του νοσηλευτή και την παροχή καλύτερων υπηρεσιών υγείας. Σύμφωνα με ιστορικά στοιχεία, το 1969 υλοποιήθηκε για πρώτη φορά η ιδέα του ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου υγείας. Αναφορές στην διεθνή βιβλιογραφία αποδεικνύουν ότι στο εξωτερικό η πληροφορική της υγείας έχει μία σημαντική εξέλιξη, όπως επίσης και εφαρμογές του ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου που χρησιμοποιούνται ευρέως σε διάφορες υπηρεσίες υγείας. Στην Ελλάδα, ωστόσο, καθυστέρησε η διάδοση του για αρκετά χρόνια, με τη χρήση του να περιορίζεται περισσότερο για διοικητικούς σκοπούς και όχι νοσηλευτικούς ή ιατρικούς. Γι’ αυτό το λόγο σημαντικός στόχος για το Εθνικό Σύστημα Υγείας ορίστηκε η ανάπτυξη του νοσηλευτικού ηλεκτρονικού φακέλου με σκοπό την καταγραφή όλων των δεδομένων των ασθενών. Η ΗΝΚΑ αποτελεί την εξέλιξη του ηλεκτρονικού μητρώου υγείας και στοχεύει στο να αντικαταστήσει την υπάρχουσα χειρόγραφη κάρτα νοσηλείας με μία εξελιγμένη ψηφιακή καρτέλα. Από τα βασικά στοιχεία της είναι η ευχρηστία, καθώς ο χρήστης της έχει την δυνατότητα να συλλέγει στοιχεία και να ανατρέχει ανά πάσα στιγμή σ’ αυτά. Η διαφορά της με άλλα παρόμοια λογισμικά είναι ότι απαιτείται η χρήση διαδικτύου και με αυτό τον τρόπο υπάρχει δυνατότητα αποθήκευσης μεγάλου όγκου δεδομένων. Επιπρόσθετα, απαιτείται εξοικείωση του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού με τα τεχνολογικά μέσα και γνώση στη χρήση του λογισμικού, για τα οποία απαιτούνται χρήματα, χρόνος και εκπαίδευση των νοσηλευτών. Παρόλο που στην Ελλάδα, πλέον, αποτελεί τροχοπέδη η περιορισμένη η χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων, με μέσο την ΗΝΚΑ θα προωθηθεί τόσο η αναβάθμιση του νοσηλευτικού επαγγέλματος, όσο και η ποιότητα παρεχόμενης φροντίδας προς τον ασθενή. Κλείνοντας, η ΗΝΚΑ παρά τις δυσκολίες αφομοίωσης της από την ελληνική νοσηλευτική κοινότητα, αποτελεί λύση στο πρόβλημα της γραφειοκρατίας, προωθώντας την νοσηλευτική διεργασία και παρέχοντας την δυνατότητα για πιο ανθρωποκεντρικά μοντέλα υγείας βάζοντας στο κέντρο τον ίδιο τον ασθενή αλλά και τον νοσηλευτή. | el |
| heal.abstract | In the modern era of rapid technological development, the health sector needs, more than ever, the use of technological discoveries. Although there is a continuous development of information technology for the benefit of health professionals, it is an urgent need to focus on nursing. The main part of this thesis is the attempt to create anElectronic Nursing Patient Tab, for the advancement of the nursing profession and the provision of better health services. According to historical data, in 1969 it was first implemented the idea of electronic health file. Literaturereports show that abroad health information technology has an important development, as well as applications of the electronic file are widely used in various health services. In Greece, however, the spread was delayedof several years, because its use was of limited for administrative purposes and not nursing or medical ones. For this reason, an important target for the National Health System was the development of the nursing computer file in order to record all patient data. The Electronic Nursing Patient Tabis the development of electronic health record and aims to replace the existing handwritten medical card with an advanced digital tab. One of its main advantages is that the user has the ability to collect data and trace back to that at any time. The difference with other similar software is that the Internet use is required and as a result, the ability to store large amount of data. Moreover, familiarity of nursing personnel with the electronic technology is needed, as well as money, time and education of nurses. Although in Greece there is limited use of information systems, by the use ofthe Electronic Nursing Patient Tab,both the upgrade of the nursing profession and the quality of care provided to the patientwill be promoted. In closing, despite the difficulties of assimilation of the Greek nursing community,the Electronic Nursing Patient Tabis the solution to the problem of bureaucracy, promoting the nursing process and providing the opportunity for more human-health models putting focusing on the patient and the nurse. | en |
