| heal.abstract | Το θέμα της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η οστεοαρθρίτιδα του ισχίου και η συντηρητική και χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση της. Η πάθηση αυτή πρόκειται για μια χρόνια εκφυλιστική νόσο των αρθρώσεων η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις στις αρθρικές επιφάνειες του ισχίου καθώς και φλεγμονή της περιοχής. Η οστεοαρθρίτιδα καθίσταται από τις συχνότερες εντοπίσεις εκφυλιστικών αρθροπαθειών των κάτω άκρων και την πιο κοινή αρθριτική ασθένεια του ισχίου καθώς υπολογίζεται ότι προσβάλλει περίπου 43 εκατομμύρια άτομα το χρόνο με συνεχή αυξανόμενο αριθμό. Οι περισσότεροι άνθρωποι άνω των 60 ετών, υποφέρουν από κάποιου βαθμού οστεοαρθρίτιδα, δεν είναι όμως καθόλου σπάνια η εμφάνισή της και σε άτομα μικρότερης ηλικίας. Μελέτες έχουν δείξει ότι οι ασθενείς με οστεοαρθρίτιδα έχουν σημαντικά χαμηλότερη ποιότητα ζωής σε σχέση με φυσιολογικά άτομα καθώς υπάρχει άμεση επίπτωση στις επαγγελματικές δραστηριότητες στην καθημερινότητα του ατόμου και κατ’ επέκταση στον οικογενειακό και κρατικό προϋπολογισμό . Η άμεση και αποτελεσματική αποκατάσταση της πάθησης μπορεί να λύσει πολλαπλά προβλήματα, ο σκοπός της θεραπευτικής προσέγγισης είναι η επαναφορά ενός λειτουργικού κινητικού πρότυπου διότι κάθε άρθρωση με μη ομαλό κινητικό πρότυπο οδηγείται στον εκφυλισμό και στην καταστροφή. Στο Α΄ μέρος γίνεται εξειδικευμένη ανάλυση στα ανατομικά και φυσιολογικά στοιχεία του ισχίου. Στο Β΄ μέρος γίνεται μία γενική αναφορά πάνω στην πάθηση της οστεοαρθρίτιδας όσον αφορά τα αίτια της, την κλινική της εικόνα τα συμπτώματα της και της μεθόδους αποκατάστασης. Στο Γ΄ μέρος περιγράφεται η επέμβαση της ολικής αρθροπλαστικής ισχίου . Στο Δ΄ μέρος αναλύεται η φυσικοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση στην ολική αρθροπλαστική ισχίου. | el |
| heal.abstract | The subject of this paper is the osteoarthritis of the hip and the conservative and surgical treatment of it. This condition is a chronic degenerative joint disease characterized by degenerative changes in the articular surfaces of the hip as well as inflammation in the area. Osteoarthritis is becoming one of the most common areas of degenerative arthropathy of the lower limbs and the most common arthritic disease of the hip as it is estimated to affect about 43 million people per year with a continuously increasing number. Most people over the age of 60 suffer from osteoarthritis, but it is not at all a rare occurrence in younger people. Studies have shown that patients with osteoarthritis have a significantly lower quality of life compared to normal individuals as a direct impact on business activities in daily life of the individual and, by extension, on the family and the state budget. The swift and efficient recovery of the disease can solve multiple problems. The purpose of the therapeutic approach is the restoration of a functional kinetic model because each joint with irregular kinetic model is led to degeneration and destruction. In part A there is a specialized analysis on the anatomical and physiological elements of the hip. In the second part there is a general report on the condition of osteoarthritis as far as it concerns the causes of it, the clinical picture of its symptoms and recovery methods. In the third part the operation of total hip arthroplasty is described. In D part physiotherapy intervention in total hip replacement is analysed. | en |
