| heal.abstract | Η παρουσία του τσαγιού στον πλανήτη με τη μορφή ροφήματος ξεκινά εδώ και χιλιάδες χρόνια από την Κίνα και την Ιαπωνία και φτάνει έως και τις μέρες μας όπου αυτό πλέον έχει εισαχθεί στην καθημερινότητα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ηπείρου. Ως ρόφημα το τσάι, χωρίζεται σε τέσσερις βασικούς τύπους που είναι το πράσινο τσάι, το λευκό τσάι, το μαύρο τσάι και το τσάι oolong. Τα παράγωγα αυτού πολλά, πολλές όμως και οι χρήσεις του που φτάνουν μέχρι τον τομέα των καλλυντικών. Η εργασία αυτή, αρχικά κάνει μία ανασκόπηση της ιστορικής διαδρομής του τσαγιού από την Κίνα έως και τη σύγχρονη Ευρώπη. Στην συνέχεια, παρουσιάζει τους τέσσερις βασικούς τύπους τσαγιού κάνοντας μια σαφή αναφορά στην μορφή της επεξεργασίας στην οποία υπόκειται το φυτό ώστε να γίνει εξαγωγή τους. Σαφής αναφορά και ανάλυση γίνεται και στη χημική σύσταση του τσαγιού ενώ τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η σημασία και η χρήση αυτού στον τομέα των καλλυντικών. | el |
| heal.abstract | The presence of tea on the planet in the form of beverage holds back to thousands of years begins from the ancients China and Japan and reaches up to the present where it has now entered the daily life of the European continent. As drink tea, is divided into four main types are green tea, white tea, black tea and tea oolong. With its unique characteristics tea, made it up to the area of cosmetics where it is being used in the form of substance. The present thesis makes a thorough review of the historical journey of tea from China to contemporary Europe. Then, it presents the four main types of tea making a clear reference to the form of each type’s fermentation. Finally, it is conducted a thorough analysis of the tea’s chemical composition while at the same time is presented its importance to the area of cosmetics. | en |
