The following project was conducted with the main purpose being the understanding of multidirectional shoulder instability inducing mechanisms, it’s separation from other types of instability and the presentation of the way a physiotherapist thinks in order to produce a rehabilitation program which will help a patient/athlete to return back his/hers previous activities as fast and safe as possible. In this project the characteristic of an unstable shoulder are going to be analyzed and important definitions are going to be separated. The author, using personal knowledge and knowledge form various medical sources, will develop a recovery program and will suggest other methods of treatment in case the program fails.
