Συμβατική και βιολογική καλλιέργεια φιστικιάς Αιγίνης στην περιοχή Μεγάρων (Bachelor thesis)

In recent years, within the agriculture, often talk about organic or integrated agriculture and separation of these terms of already known concepts, such as traditional or conventional agriculture.
The voltage application methods more environmentally friendly due to the unavoidable adverse effects of excessive use of chemicals (fertilizers, pesticides), with which man intervenes in the ecosystem by disrupting the balance.
The pollution of groundwater by nitrate leaching, increased chemical residues in agricultural products, reduction of that benefit a population of organisms or even eliminate them and break the ecological chain, are some notable examples that sounded the 'alarm risk '' for scientists, but also producers and consumers.
Way out in the above is the application of organic farming which comes to the fore, in Greece, from the mid-1980s.
Subject to the current practical work is << Comparison of conventional and organic cultivation of pistachio in the region of Megara >>.
The first part presents the main elements for growing peanut as the botanical characteristics, cultivation methods, fertilization, plant protection and storage.
In the second part refers to the area of Megara, the soil and climatic requirements of the crop and the climate of Megara.
The third piece of work presents the requirements for organic farming

| Abstract: | Τα τελευταία χρόνια , στους κόλπους της γεωργίας , γίνεται συχνά λόγος για βιολογική ή ολοκληρωμένη γεωργία καθώς και διαχωρισμός αυτών των όρων από ήδη γνωστές έννοιες , όπως είναι η παραδοσιακή ή η συμβατική γεωργία .
Η τάση εφαρμογής μεθόδων περισσότερο φιλικών προς το περιβάλλον οφείλεται στις αναπόφευκτα αρνητικές επιπτώσεις της αλόγιστης χρήσης των χημικών ουσιών ( λιπάσματα , φυτοφάρμακα ) , με τις οποίες επεμβαίνει ο άνθρωπος στο οικοσύστημα διαταράσσοντας την ισορροπία του .
Η ρύπανση των υπόγειων υδάτων , από εκπλύσεις νιτρικών , τα αυξημένα χημικά υπολείμματα στα γεωργικά προϊόντα , η μείωση του πληθυσμού των ωφέλιμων οργανισμών ή ακόμα και η εξάλειψή τους , καθώς και το σπάσιμο της οικολογικής αλυσίδας , είναι κάποια αξιοσημείωτα παραδείγματα που έκρουσαν τον ‘’κώδωνα του κινδύνου’’ στους ειδικούς επιστήμονες , αλλά και παραγωγούς και καταναλωτές .
Διέξοδο στα παραπάνω αποτελεί η εφαρμογή της βιολογικής γεωργίας η οποία έρχεται στο προσκήνιο , στην Ελλάδα , από τα μέσα της δεκαετίας του 1980 .
Αντικείμενο της τρέχουσας πρακτικής εργασίας είναι η <<Σύγκριση συμβατικής και βιολογικής καλλιέργειας της φιστικιάς αιγίνης στην περιοχή των Μεγάρων>> .
Στο πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζονται κύρια στοιχεία για την καλλιέργεια της φιστικιάς όπως τα βοτανικά χαρακτηριστικά , οι τρόποι καλλιέργειας , η λίπανση , φυτοπροστασία και η αποθήκευση .
Στο δεύτερο μέρος γίνεται αναφορά στην περιοχή των Μεγάρων , τις εδαφοκλιματικές απαιτήσεις της καλλιέργειας και το κλίμα των Μεγάρων .
