Introduction: Parkinson's disease is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimer's disease and the most common neurodegenerative movement disorder, as it affects the intracerebral dopaminergic cells and is characterized by motor mainly impact It affects mostly people over 60 years, and to the 1 % of the world population.
Purpose: The purpose of this work is the study of Parkinson's disease, and the role of nurses and health professionals from the beginning to the end of the course of disease, both for the patient and for the family and caregivers.
Material and Methods: The material used is therefore the available world literature of the last decade, and came from online libraries, scientific articles in Greek and foreign-language literature and from official scientific bodies online sites and organizations.
Conclusions: Parkinson's disease affects many people worldwide and is also not curable. There is a need for further study of the disease, both for identifying the cause of the occurrence, and to treat.

| Abstract: | Εισαγωγή: Η νόσος του Πάρκινσον αποτελεί είναι η δεύτερη πιο συχνή νευροεκφυλιστική διαταραχή μετά την νόσο Alzheimer και η πιο συχνή νευροεκφυλιστική κινητική διαταραχή, καθώς επηρεάζει τα ενδοεγκεφαλικά ντοπαμινεργικά κύτταρα και χαρακτηρίζεται απο κινητικές κυρίως επιπτώσεις Προσβάλει κυρίως άτομα άνω των 60 ετών, και αφορά το 1% του παγκόσμιου πληθυσμού.
Σκοπός: Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η μελέτη της νόσου Πάρκινσον, και του ρόλου των νοσηλευτών και των επαγγελματιών υγείας από την αρχή έως το τέλος της πορείας της νόσου, τόσο για τον ίδιο τον ασθενή, όσο και για την οικογένεια και τους φροντιστές υγείας.
Υλικό και μέθοδοι: Το υλικό που χρησιμοποιήθηκε είναι έπο την διαθέσιμη παγκόσμια βιβλιογραφία της τελευταίας δεκαετίας, και προήλθε από ηλεκτρονικές βιβλιοθήκες, επιστημονικά άρθρα της ελληνικής και ξενόγλωσσης βιβλιογραφίας καθώς και από επίσημους επιστημονικούς διαδικτυακούς ιστότοπους φορέων και οργανισμών.
Συμπεράσματα: Η νόσος Πάρκινσον επηρεάζει πολλούς ανθρώπους παγκόσμια και επιπλέον είναι μη ιάσιμη. Υπάρχει ανάγκη για περαιτέρω μελέτη της νόσου, τόσο για την αναγνώριση της αιτίας εμφάνισης της, όσο και για τη θεραπεία της.
