In this paper describes how to cultivate a tomato plant. First,an introduction to the history of the tomato,the morphological characteristics of the plant, the conditions in which grow well, thw requirements, the enemies and the diseases which infect it and the ways of addressing them. Thereafter refer to the experimental part which started in 26/03/2016 until 6/07/2016 ,in implementing the system THEOFRASTOS which was used in experimental plots of three hybrids tomatoes namely Alma,Optima F1 and Rapet as growing in the greenhouse of farm of ALEXANDER TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATIONAL INSITUTE OF THESSALONIKI.

| Abstract: | Στην παρούσα εργασία περιγράφεται ο τρόπος καλλιέργειας του φυτού της τομάτας. Αρχικά, παραθέτεται μια εισαγωγή για την ιστορία της τομάτας, τα μορφολογικά χαρακτηριστικά του φυτού, τις συνθήκες στις οποίες αναπτύσσεται σωστά, τις απαιτήσεις της, τους εχθρούς και τις ασθένειες που την προσβάλλουν καθώς και οι τρόποι αντιμετώπισης αυτών. Στην συνέχεια αναφερόμαστε στο πειραματικό μέρος που ξεκίνησε 26/03/2016 έως 6/07/2016,στην εφαρμογή του συστήματος ΘΕΟΦΡΑΣΤΟΣ ,το οποίο χρησιμοποιήθηκε στα πειραματικά τεμάχια των υβριδίων τομάτας και συγκεκριμένα των Alma,Optima F1 και Rapet,ως καλλιέργεια στο θερμοκήπιο του αγροκτήματος του ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΕΙΟΥ ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΚΟΥ ΕΚΠΑΙΔΕΥΤΙΚΟΥ ΙΔΡΥΜΑΤΟΣ ΘΕΣΣΑΛΟΝΙΚΗΣ.
