This dissertation presents and discusses the bibliographic processing of 1120 books that form part of the library’s coolection of the 3rd Primary school of Triandria and record entry in the automated system Koha. For the organization of the material the cataloguing the use of Anglo-American Cataloguing Rules (AACR2) was necessary. The classification of books using the Dewey decimal classification system. The subject indexing of the books was done using the thematic indexing of the Library of Congress (Library of Congress Subject Headings). The dissertation comprises of chapters discussing all the works of bibliographic process including an introduction to the library automated system that was used, Koha. It presents the facilities and services of the 3rd Primary school of Triandria which is the topic of our project. The dissertation concludes with the presentation of the titles, authors and subjects.
