Μελέτη και συμπεριφορά αναρτήσεων στρατιωτικών οχημάτων και οχημάτων τεχνικών έργων (Bachelor thesis)

Purpose of this thesis is to describe suspension technical worksvehicles and military vehicles. The purpose of this study is the behavior of the vehicle chassis on uneven ground and the displacement of the center of gravity. For the thesis project gathered information from manufacturers of machinery project, from technical journals and literature. Examined and compared various types posts on the vehicles to be mentioned.
In the first part of thesis refers to the suspension systems for the operation of the spring and damper.
In the next chapter of the work is a description of some of the posts in military vehicles. Specifically in tracked tank tanks and described their motion capabilities on rough terrain as well as the suspension system it is fitted as a torsion beam, boom via torque and torsion stabilizer to develop tracked high speeds. For general purpose vehicles is a description of the types of posts that exist in these vehicles. Finally mentioned for semitrailers separate suspension that the front and rear wheels and the special suspension system equipped trucks TATRA.
In the third chapter study technical works vehicles and the suspension system they are fitted, how they behave on the ground and the differences between wheeled and tracked vehicles.Finally we will see innovative suspension systems to be installed in the future or in the plans of engineers to improve heavy vehicles.

| Abstract: | Αντικείμενο της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι η περιγραφή αναρτήσεων σε οχήματα τεχνικών έργων και στρατιωτικών οχημάτων. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η συμπεριφορά των αναρτήσεων των οχημάτων σε ανώμαλο έδαφος και η μετατόπιση του κέντρου βάρους τους.Για την εκπόνηση της εργασίας συγκεντρώθηκαν πληροφορίες από τους κατασκευαστές μηχανημάτων έργου, από τεχνικά περιοδικά και από σχετική βιβλιογραφία.Εξετάστηκαν και συγκρίθηκαν αναρτήσεις διάφορου τύπου πάνω στα οχήματα που θα αναφερθούν.
Στο πρώτο μέρος της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά για τα συστήματα αναρτήσεων ,για την λειτουργία του ελατηρίου και του αποσβεστήρα.
Στο επόμενο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας γίνεται μια περιγραφή μερικών από τις αναρτήσεις σε στρατιωτικά οχήματα. Συγκεκριμένα σε ερπυστριοφόρα άρματα μάχης τανκ και περιγράφονται οι δυνατότητες κίνησης τους σε ανώμαλο έδαφος καθώς και οι αναρτήσεις που φορούν όπως με ημιάκαμπτο άξονα, με βραχίονα μέσω ροπής και με αντιστρεπτική ράβδο για να αναπτύσουν τα ερπυστριοφόρα υψηλές ταχύτητες. Για τα οχήματα γενικής χρήσης γίνεται μια περιγραφή για τα είδη αναρτήσεων που υπάρχουν σε αυτά τα οχήματα. Τέλος αναφέρεται για ημιρυμουλκούμενα οχήματα η ξεχωριστή ανάρτηση που έχει στους μπροστά και πίσω τροχούς, καθώς και το ξεχωριστό σύστημα ανάρτησης που διαθέτουν τα φορτηγάTATRA.
Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μελέτη για οχήματα τεχνικών έργων και τις αναρτήσεις που διαθέτουν, πως συμπεριφέρονται πάνω στο έδαφος και τις διαφορές ανάμεσα σε τροχοφόρα και ερπυστριοφόρα οχήματα. Τέλος θα δούμε καινοτόμα συστήματα αναρτήσεων που πρόκειται να τοποθετηθούν στο μέλλον ή είναι στα σχέδια των μηχανικών ώστε να βελτιωθούν τα βαρέα οχήματα.
