Καταγραφή και ανάλυση του συνεδριακού δυναμικού στο Νομό Έβρου (ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά, προοπτικές ανάπτυξης) (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of this dissertation is on one hand to present a different point of view of tourism, the special interest tourism, and on the other hand to discuss a very important part of it, namely Congress tourism. The differences amongst alternative, special interests and mass forms tourism, as well as the current trends will be analyzed and discussed.
Furthermore, the distinctions and the genres of congresses and all the essential steps and equipment to organize a successful congress are described. Next will follow a reference on the problems that congress tourism has to confront in the Hellenic grounds.
Additionally, the case of Evros country and Samothrace as a congress tourism destination will be analyzed, taking into consideration the attractions of the country, its cultural inheritance, the distinct nutrition that anyone visiting can enjoy in the area, the meeting venues of the country and many other features and the positives ways this can attract visitors and make someone choose the Evros and Samothrace as a congress destination.
Finally, according to the results of researches and database tables it is proven that other cities arround world have tried practices as such and they gained financially and socially as well.

| Abstract: | Σκοπός αυτής της διατριβής είναι αφενός η παρουσίαση μιας διαφορετικής οπτικής γωνίας του τουρισμού ειδικού ενδιαφέροντος και αφετέρου να συζητήσουμε ένα πολύ σημαντικό κομμάτι του , δηλαδή του συνεδριακού τουρισμού. Θα αναλυθούν και θα συζητηθούν οι διαφορές μεταξύ εναλλακτικών , ειδικών και μαζικών μορφών του τουρισμού , καθώς και οι τρέχουσες τάσεις.
Επιπλέον θα περιγραφούν οι διακρίσεις και τα είδη συνεδρίων , καθώς και όλα τα βασικά βήματα και τον εξοπλισμό για την οργάνωση ενός επιτυχημένου συνέδριου. Κατόπιν θα ακολουθήσει μια αναφορά στα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζει ο συνεδριακός τουρισμός στον Ελλαδικό χώρο.
Επίσης θα αναλύσουμε περισσότερο διεξοδικά την περίπτωση του Νομού Έβρου και της Σαμοθράκης ως συνεδριακός προορισμός. Θα αvαφερθoύµε στα αξιoθέατα τoυ Νoµoύ, τη πολιτιστική κληρovoµιά, τηv ξεχωριστή διατροφή πoυ θα µπoρέσει vα απoλαύσει o κάθε σύνεδρος στην περιoχή αυτή, στους συνεδριακούς χώρους τoυ Νoµoύ και αλλά πολλά χαρακτηριστικά και µε πoιov τρόπο αυτά µπoρoύv vα επιδράσουν θετικά στov ταξιδευτή ώστε vα κεvτρἱσoυv τo εvδιαφέρov τoυ και vα επιλέξει τov Νομό Έβρου και τηv Σαμοθράκη ως συνεδριακό πρooρισµό.
