| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να γίνει γνωστός ο μηχανισμός της κυτταρικής ανοσίας στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό. Η μέθοδος της έρευνας που ακολουθήθηκε είναι η βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση σύμφωνα με το θέμα, μέσα από επιστημονικά άρθρα και βιβλία της ελληνικής και ξένης αρθρογραφίας και βιβλιογραφίας. Ειδικότερα, στο πρώτο μέρος γίνεται μια ανάλυση του όρου «ανοσία», η διάκρισή της, οι φάσεις που διέπουν της ανοσολογικής αντίδρασης και τα χαρακτηριστικά της ειδικής ανοσίας. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο εξετάζεται η φύση της ειδικής κυτταρικής ανοσίας και γίνεται γνωστός ο ρόλος και η βιολογία των Τ λεμφοκυττάρων, τα οποία συμμετέχουν σε αυτήν με διάφορους τρόπους. Στο τρίτο μέρος εξετάζονται οι εργαστηριακές μέθοδοι που χρησιμοποιούνται στην εργαστηριακή διερεύνηση της κυτταρικής ανοσίας. Τα συμπεράσματα της εργασίας είναι ότι η κυτταρική ανοσία είναι πολύ σημαντική στον ανθρώπινο οργανισμό, μέσα από την προστασία που του παρέχει, καθώς τον προφυλάσσει από την εισβολή ιών, από λοιμώξεις και φλεγμονές. Οι δοκιμασίες (test) που γίνονται για τον λόγο αυτό είναι πολύ σημαντικές και οδηγούν τον ιατρικό κόσμο στη γνώση και καλύτερη θεραπεία του ασθενούς. | heal.abstract | The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the mechanism of cellular immunity. The research method followed is the literature review according to the theme, through scientific articles and books of Greek and foreign editorial. Specifically, the first part is an analysis of the term "immunity", the distinction, the phases regulating the immune response and the characteristics of specific immunity. The second chapter examines the nature of the specific cellular immunity and becomes known the role and the biology of T lymphocytes, which are involved in this in various ways. The third part deals laboratory methods used in laboratory investigation of cellular immunity. The working conclusions is that cellular immunity is very important in the human body, through the protection granted, and prevents the invasion of viruses, infections and inflammations. The experiments that take place for these reasons are very important and provide further medical knowledge and better treatment of the patient.
