In the present study we try to manage the effect of financial crisis on agricultural sector, emphasizing on Agri-food Sector of the economy. The latter constitutes one of the most important branches, on which our country focused attempting to exit from the bad economic situation and find itself on growth path. Greece refers to a country which is rich in natural resources whereas its climate graces the cultivation of various products. The sector under investigation consists the main pillar of the country’s development as Greece has always been a country with a strong agricultural activity. It would be good for our motherland to exploit the self-sufficiency of its domestic production and concentrate on exporting them. Such an action could strengthen Greece’s financial position while it will stimulate its employment rate and increase its competitiveness. Moreover, as a part of this survey we will attempt to present the situation of Greece in the present crash as well as we will focus on the bases that led us into the dark morass of economic crisis. Continuing our representation we will introduce some aspects about Greek entrepreneurship while we will insist on Agri-food industry. In addition to this we will provide addition information in relation to the functional forms that lead this sector and its structure. Through studies carried out, we will present the linkage between the Agri-food sector and the recent economic crisis whereas we will try to find the dependence between them. Then we thought that it would be for reader’s benefit to comb if there are prospects with whom Greece will end the crisis. In conclusion, we will identify possible points which could need further study whereas the contribution of Agri-food industry will be presented
