| heal.abstract | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία με θέμα η μυολογία στην αισθητική θα αναφερθούμε στους μύες του ανθρώπινου σώματος και στην αντιμετώπιση τους από την πλευρά του αισθητικού. Οι μύες καταλαμβάνουν ολόκληρο το σώμα και χάρη σ’αυτούς προστατεύονται τα εσωτερικά όργανα, πραγματοποιούνται οι κινήσεις του σώματος κ.α. Πιο συγκεκριμένα ο αισθητικός με τη γνώση του μπορεί να αντιμετωπίσει διάφορες καταστάσεις που συμβαίνουν στο μυϊκό σύστημα προκειμένου να ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες του ατόμου που δέχεται την περιποίηση. Στη συνέχεια αναλύονται οι μύες ένας ένας με τη μορφή πίνακα στον οποίο αναφέρονται η έκφυση, η κατάφυση και η ενέργεια τους. Τέλος υπάρχει σχετικό κεφάλαιο στο οποίο περιγράφονται οι ενέργειες που γίνονται, αυτές είναι η παθητική μυογυμναστική και η μάλαξη. | el |
| heal.abstract | In this final thesis, which deals with the musculature in aesthetics, we are going to take into account the muscles of the human body and their potential treatment by the aesthetician. The muscles occupy the whole body, contribute to the protection of the internal organs and to the performance of the human body’s actions, etc. More specifically, the aesthetician’s knowledge provides him/her with the ability to cope with several situations taking place in the muscular system, in order to meet the needs of the person, which receives care. All kinds of muscles are being, thereafter, in table format analyzed, in which their outgrowth, insertion and action are being mentioned. Last but not least, there is a relevant chapter, which outlines the actions that take place, i.e. passive myogymnastics and kneading. | |
