The subject of this dissertation is the analysis of the detergent industry. This sector is one of the most important sectors of the Greek economy as it has the potential to contribute positively to the growth of the economy during the crisis. There are many large or small companies employed in the industry, which, in order to keep them and their growth both in Greece and globally, are constantly looking for new ways to evolve, maintain their existing markets and reach new to promote their products and eventually increase their profits, and thus contribute to the Greek economy. In addition, a survey of interviews with people in the detergent industry will be carried out in order to get the right picture. In particular, the questions that will be asked for these people will be based on the detergent rates in the Greek market, the production, export and import rates and the ways to improve the production and export of detergents based on Greece's economic situation. The dissertation was based both on Greek and foreign language articles of the printed and electronic press, bibliographic sources, official business websites as well as researches that have been carried out.
