| heal.abstract | Το βασικό αντικείμενο της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι, η μελέτη της τυρβώδους ροής σε έναν ανοικτό αγωγό που διαρρέεται από αλατισμένο νερό. Πραγματοποιήθηκαν δέκα πειράματα στο εργαστήριο Υδραυλικών Έργων και Τεχνικής Περιβάλλοντος του τμήματος Πολιτικών Μηχανικών Τεχνολογικής Εκπαίδευσης του Αλεξάνδρειου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατασκευάστηκαν τα διαγράμματα πυκνότητας - παροχής, πυκνότητας - ταχύτητας και ταχύτητας - παροχής. Στο τέλος, σχολιάστηκαν και συγκρίθηκαν τα αποτελέσματα που προέκυψαν με αυτά των παρόμοιων μελετών που παρατέθηκαν στο κεφάλαιο της βιβλιογραφικής αναφοράς. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο, γίνεται η εισαγωγή του αναγνώστη στο θέμα της πτυχιακής εργασίας. Δίνονται οι έννοιες κάποιων γενικών όρων οι οποίοι θα συναντηθούν στα επόμενα κεφάλαια όπως για παράδειγμα, η έννοια της τυρβώδους ροής και του αριθμού Reynolds. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, στο κεφάλαιο της βιβλιογραφικής αναφοράς, παραθέτονται μελέτες παρόμοιου θέματος με αυτό της πτυχιακής εργασίας. Συγκεκριμένα είναι οι εξής μελέτες: α) J. O. Shin, S. B. Το τρίτο κεφάλαιο αφορά την πειραματική διάταξη και τις μετρήσεις. Δίνεται μια γενική περιγραφή της πειραματικής διάταξης που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την διεξαγωγή των πειραμάτων όπως επίσης και η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήθηκε. Τέλος, υπάρχει ο πίνακας με τους υπολογισμούς των μεγεθών και τα διαγράμματα πυκνότητας - παροχής, πυκνότητας - ταχύτητας και ταχύτητας - παροχής. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται σύνοψη των συμπερασμάτων που προέκυψαν από την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων. Δίνεται ένα γενικό συμπέρασμα το οποίο προκύπτει από τις μελέτες που παρατίθενται στη βιβλιογραφική αναφορά και από τα πειράματα που έγιναν για την παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο, δίνεται το παράρτημα του φωτογραφικού υλικού των πειραμάτων. Οι φωτογραφίες αυτού του κεφαλαίου προέκυψαν κατά το στάδιο των μετρήσεων και διεξαγωγής των πειραμάτων. Στο έκτο κεφάλαιο δίνεται η βιβλιογραφία της πτυχιακής εργασίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main object of the dissertation of the degree study is the research of the turbulent flow in an open channel which is flowed by salty water. Ten experiments took place in the laboratory of Plumping Constrictions and Technical Environment of Civil Engineering Technological Education of A.T.E.I of Thessaloniki. The diagrams were designed for density - discharge, density - velocity and velocity - discharge and at the end the diagrams were commented and compared on the results that were mentioned in the bibliographic reference. In the first chapter, the reader is introduces to the main subject of the degree study. First of all, some general terms are given all of which are going to be read in the following chapters such as the term of turbulent flow and Reynolds’s number. In the second chapter of the bibliographic reference, researches on a similar subject of the degree study are indicated. In particular, the following studies are presented: a) J. O. Shin, SB Dalziel and PF Linden, " Gravity Currents Produced by Lock Exchange " Journal of Fluid Mechanics, 2004, b) J. J. Monaghan, C. Merieux, E. H. Herbert and J. Mansour, '' Current studies along the V-shaped valleys '' Journal of Fluid Mechanics, 2009, c) C. Petridis, '' Study of the speed and water supply in open channels '' Diploma thesis, TEI of Kavala, Department of Forestry and Natural Environment Management, 2015, d) E. Keramaris and P. Prinos, '' Gravity Currents in a Vegetated Valley of Trapezoidal Shape '' Journal of Applied Fluid Mechanics, 2016, e) E. Keramaris, '' Gravity Currents with Salt Water in Valleys '' of the International Conference on Architectural and Environmental Engineering, (ICAEE 2019), (Abstract page 6), 2-3 January 2019, New York, USA. The third chapter is about the experimental procedure and measurements. A general description of the experiments set up is given as well as the methodology which was followed. Finally, calculations tables and diagrams of density - discharge, density - velocity and velocity - discharge are given. In the fourth chapter the conclusions of the analysis which came up are summarized. A general conclusion which is resulted by the studies of bibliography reference and by the experiments of the current degree study. In the fifth chapter, the appendix of the photographic material of the experiments is given. The photos of this chapter were obtained during the measurements and experiments. In the sixth chapter the bibliography of the degree study is given. | en |
