Benign skin tumors can appear on the epidermis, dermis, or underlying, even on skin components such as glands and hair. They occur very often in people of any age, usually in the exposed areas of the body, such as the face or scalp. However, most benign tumors tend to develop slowly, unable to develop into malignancy. Some diseases have absolutely no symptoms, while others show unpleasant symptoms. Thus, there are few patients who decide to separate the problem through a variety of methods of treatment, either for relief of symptoms or for aesthetic reasons.
